This picture was taken today at my local beach. It has offered me a little perspective on this hectic day. I can't wait until May and I can start doing Saturday morning yoga on the beach with Sunshine, Yoga, and Pancakes proceeded by a stop at the local farmers market.
Until then I'm going to "om" my way through this day from the comfort of my computer desk. Le sigh.
